In February 2015, we successfully attained a position on the NHS England Lead Provider Framework as a high quality assured provider of Commissioning Support Services.

The service director is the ‘go-to’ person, working closely with key customer stakeholders to get to the heart of the organisation and its priorities. This understanding means we ensure we have the right people in place to deliver when it matters.
Our governance arrangements are clear and direct. Service delivery teams and specialists on the ground are accountable to the service directors, who work with customers to agree requirements.
Service directors report to our director of operations who, in turn, is responsible to our managing director. Our suppliers also integrate with this model.
We have a robust and sustainable approach to managing our supply chain. Working with suppliers and partners acting as one team, this adds to the richness and diversity of our skills and expertise.
Our effective induction systems ensure everyone knows how to work with us and how to behave with our customers. Offering a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities within a single governance structure, it delivers compliance with legal and best practice. Delivery, quality and value for money are also managed to jointly agreed KPIs.

Our supply chain is flexible and responsive with framework contracts already in place we can procure high quality support at short notice.
