Midlands and Lancashire CSU’s Communications and Engagement team has been “highly commended” in the prestigious Health Service Journals Annual Value Awards which took place on 22 September 2015.
The team was highly commended for its Insight service in the Value and Improvement in Patient Information Management category, which recognises those who have improved the quality and efficiency of patient information management through redesign or innovation.
The Insight database - which won the prestigious Patient Experience Network Award in March of this year - harnesses patient experience feedback and public opinion from a range of sources to understand the voice of local populations and identify trends and issues within health economies.
Well done to the Insight team – Lesley Goodburn, Katie Adams, Gareth Durber and Sarah Davis.
And congratulations to all of the winners and runners up, including the Vitality Partnership who won three awards (in the Value and Improvement in Patient Information Management, Implementation of IT to support healthcare business efficiency and Value and Improvement in Information Technology categories) and University Hospitals of North Midlands who were “highly commended” in the Workforce Efficiency category.
