What we can offer

The bespoke interpreting, language and communications service can help break down barriers to the delivery of safe, effective and patient-focused care. We are a high-quality and responsive ‘one-stop shop’, meeting the needs of the public sector at competitive rates. We offer:

  • Face-to-face interpreting (minimum 96% fill rate)
  • Telephone interpreting (connected directly to an interpreter within 40 seconds)
  • Written translation
  • British Sign Language (BSL) and other sign language interpreting
  • Deafblind interpreting
  • Audio into text (transcription)
  • Text into audio
  • Braille
  • Large print
  • Easyread (pictorial English)

Why you should choose us

Our professional and highly qualified team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. The service can also be accessed through our online portal, which is a quick and easy way to make bookings. We also offer an out-of-hours telephone interpreting service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
