She is a specialist in leadership and management, organisational development, team dynamics, employee engagement, employee networks, providing coaching and consulting services tailored to your challenges, particularly versed in facilitating difficult conversations.
Her professional expertise embraces employee development, workforce planning, career and competency assessments and building strengths based teams, Facilitation, innovative development, executive and leadership coaching, project management, recruiting, and new hire orientation planning/development.
Heather has a BA (hons) in Community Studies, MA Education, and Post Graduate Diploma in Supervision of Executive Coaches, Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching, Registered for IPD Chartered Fellowship 2016.
