We are the largest NHS communications and engagement service in the country, employing more than 100 industry-leading professionals with a varietyof private and public sector experience. Our size allows us to be flexible and responsive to our customers’ needs, whether that’s short term troubleshooting or long term planning. We are able to nurture productive relationships with core clients as well as having the capacity and skills to quickly mobilise wherever specialist or one-off support is required.

We use an innovative ‘hub and spoke’ model to support the scale at which we operate. This means that account managers are embedded in clients’ premises on a day-to-day basis, building relationships and gaining in-depth knowledge of how the organisations function, while being able to call on a wider pool of expertise at regional hubs across our footprint.
