Jagdeep has 10 years’ experience as an analyst at provider and regional levels whilst also being involved in regional and national NHS programmes covering strategic analytics and quality improvement.
He has specifically worked on the development of quality surveillance across the NHS for the National Quality Board and has developed a strategic acute modelling tool which accounts for combined impact of allocative and technical efficiency schemes. Jagdeep has a first class honours degree in Accountancy and Finance and an MSc in Public Service Commissioning and has particular interests in quality improvement, activity modelling and infographics. He has also been involved in the development of innovative Statistical Process Control methodologies to account for large sample sizes which was published in the British Medical Journal (Mohammed, M et al. 2013. Statistical process control charts for attribute data involving very large sample sizes: a review of problems and solutions. BMJ Quality & Safety).
