Our services

Digital transformation and project management – our digital transformation service helps you create and implement digital strategies and plans enabling sustainable health and care transformation. Specialist teams within the service provide support with transforming learning disabilities, autism and mental health care and creating and executing net zero and sustainability strategies.

Digital innovation – our Digital Innovation Unit specialise in facilitating digital innovation through digital research and development, creating new innovative products, technologies and services. For example, their NHS Activate platform leverages a combination of automation, AI, integration with call centres, video generation and other tools to provide communication solutions which activate the patient to take positive steps to improve their health and care. At the same time it makes the flow of information between organisations and patients seamless leading to better experiences for patients and increased productivity and reduced costs for healthcare providers.

Information management and technology – our technology services provide everything you need to meet your day-to-day operational needs, including cloud solutions and virtual server; end-to-end stable, flexible and scalable IT infrastructure; data control, management and NHS data security compliance; procurement of IT equipment and asset management; capacity planning, IT health checks and reporting; IT training; fast and friendly IT support desk and engineer service.
