The Digital Innovation Unit (DIU), along with their commercial partner Citizen Communications, are hosting an event on the 31 January and 1 February to discuss an innovative solution to patient communication and engagement: personalised health videos.
What are personalised health videos?
Personalised health videos provide relevant, timely and accurate health information directly to people’s phones. They are a powerful tool to help people make positive lifestyle changes, manage chronic health conditions and improve uptake of existing health and care services.
“This is one of the most exciting innovations I’ve seen recently, and I’m delighted that the DIU is able to play a key role in facilitating and promoting its use across the NHS system.”
John Uttley – Director of the DIU
