Human resources support

We offer a range of human resources services ensuring you have access to best practice and subject matter expertise as and when you need it.

Our HR professionals can lead activities for you or work collaboratively with your internal HR team, offering you maximum flexibility. We offer a full range of HR services, from longer-term advisory support to project-based expertise and specialist services such as mediation.

Organisational change and TUPE

We can support you with the planning and delivery of organisational change including staff transfers and in-housing (TUPE) processes carefully tailored to your needs. We have the ability to draw on additional resources in procurement, finance, recruitment and analytics to support the change. We can also provide coaching and wellbeing support for all employees for the duration of the change process. 

HR advisory and policy

With our support, recommendations and advice, you can be assured employee policies and employment legislation can be applied effectively to employee relations matters. We will build relationships with key stakeholders working collaboratively with internal HR teams and operational managers. We will review your people policies and processes and develop bespoke training to upskill your managers to work with people in a fair and effective manner. 

Job evaluation

Our support will help you effectively use the principles and practices of the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme within your organisation. We will help you to adopt best practices in job evaluation and increase confidence in pay band determination. We can also help you establish effective policies and processes to manage equal pay risk and the equal pay implications of restructuring services.

Recruitment

We can support you with all your recruitment needs including campaigns for high-volume recruitment, bespoke searches for hard-to-fill roles or managing your day-to-day recruitment support. Our services include:

  • Policies, processes and standard documentation to support attraction and onboarding
  • Maximisation of recruitment portal systems, such as Trac and NHS Jobs
  • Digital marketing opportunities including the use of job boards, with a focus on reaching a diverse talent pool
