Commissioned by NHS England, we collated and analysed feedback from a formal consultation on reducing prescriptions for minor conditions, saving the NHS £569 million annually. Our Medicines Management and Communications teams processed data from over 2,600 survey responses, emails, letters, and event feedback, presenting the findings to NHS England’s senior board.
The insights from our report influenced modifications to NHS proposals and served as evidence in a subsequent judicial review.
