Our robust Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) operational framework is fully aligned with NHS impact and is designed to support you in building improvement capacity and capability across the organisation.

We achieve this by undertaking key activities that enable and empower all staff to deliver continuous improvements as part of their standard daily work.

We will support the development of a sustainable continuous quality improvement culture that focuses on making improvements that matter the most to the people delivering and experiencing the service.

Our wealth of expertise in quality improvement, clinical and non-clinical leadership roles, and our access to a wide range of Subject Matter Expertise will ensure the highest quality design and delivery of your CQI programme.

We can support:

  • Strategy – Developing your CQI strategy by aligning improvement work with your organisational vision and strategic priorities.
  • People and culture – Collaborating with staff, system partners, and people with lived experience to assess your QI culture, establish a shared and individual purpose, and focus on implementing improvements that matter most to the people.
  • Leadership – Developing a clear CQI leadership and management approach, focusing on key behavioural indicators, and encouraging leaders to adopt the organisation’s values into their everyday work.
  • Learning – Building improvement capacity and capability by equipping staff with the skills, tools and knowledge of the techniques that enable them to implement and measure improvement through training, coaching and development of QI resources, deployed through a tailored dosing strategy.
  • Systems – Building improvement into the business infrastructure of your organisation, its systems and processes by embedding a quality management system (QMS).
  • Project management office – Establishing a robust governance arrangement to ensure clear accountability, collaborative decision-making, transparency, and enable monitoring of progress against agreed deliverables.
