At Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, we are passionate about investing resource in developing our people and encouraging innovation, to respond to the changing landscape of the NHS. Our finance team has been committed to the aims of the Future-Focused Finance (FFF) programme and the Finance Skills Development (FSD) network for many years. We recently launched our own Future Finance programme defining a roadmap for the way we will deliver finance products and services in the near future. In the process, we are offering even more opportunities for our staff who are already benefitting from continuous professional development and skills-sharing.
FFF and FSD are national programmes designed to engage everyone in improving NHS Finance. They aim to make sure that everyone has access to skills, knowledge, best practice and development opportunities, to support the delivery of quality services for patients.
