Contact the IT Service Desk if you need assistance with an IT problem or service request.

If your organisation is digitally supported by NHS Midlands and Lancashire (NHS ML), there are several ways you can access IT support:

  • Live chat with an IT Service Desk engineer (available 8am – 5pm)
  • 24-hour access to self-help material and smart forms to raise requests
  • Check service status

Access our online service request forms

  • Log all smartcard requests using this smartcard / RA form
  • Send compliments , comments and complaints relating to the IT service using this form.

To help us best support you, please only contact your IT Service Desk by telephone for urgent IT support.

Urgent support includes problems that are impacting your ability to work or deliver your service, such as your computer not working or not being able to log in or access an important system.
