We understand that as health and care decision makers, personal data is at the heart of your services.

Our professional team have a wealth of experience delivering all elements of an information governance (IG) service on behalf of multiple organisations.

NHS Midlands and Lancashire (ML) Information Governance already provides support services to integrated care boards, NHS trusts, general practice, pharmacy, dentists, optometrists, NHS England and council-regulated care homes.

NHS ML will support your organisation to ensure that the right data is available at the right time and to the right people to enable health and care providers to deliver safe services to individuals.

Access to our services is simple. Our dedicated helpline and email are staffed by our friendly team of first-line responders within our IG hub. They will be your point of contact, logging queries, providing advice and escalating queries to your appointed IG lead. Our cost-effective service can be used to support your existing in-house resources, or you may wish to consider outsourcing all or part of your service to our experts. We have options to suit everyone and will talk these through to find the best arrangement for your organisation.
