Our Information Governance (IG) Training team have “ready to go” training and awareness sessions we can deliver face to face or online across your organisation.
Covering all aspects of IG and data protection, our training modules deliver easy to understand content to all levels of staff, providing them with knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
We can also create bespoke training sessions that meet the specific needs of your organisation either via a one-off session, across many different locations, or via a comprehensive training programme designed to support your organisational IG awareness and Data Protection and Security Toolkit/Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) submission.
Our current offering includes training and awareness on:
Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
Freedom of information requests (FOIs)
Subject access requests (SARs)
Information risk
Data breaches
The role of the Caldicott Guardian
The role of the Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO)
Data protection in primary care.
We are currently working towards achieving accreditation of our training sessions.
Ensuring your people are trained and knowledgeable in managing data in the delivery of your services demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to not only staff development but to processing data securely and lawfully.
