Managing waiting lists is no quick fix – but we can help

Managing waiting lists is no quick fix – but we can help

Home » News » Managing waiting lists is no quick fix – but we can help

Managing waiting lists for elective care at this time is a nationwide challenge. It’ll take more than three minutes to fix – but here’s our recent platform:x webinar tackling that issue distilled down to less than that as a starter: webinar clip.

A longer summary is available here and please email mlcsu.commercial@nhs.net if you’d like to know more about how we can help.

In our platform: restore, recover, renew lunchtime session we shared our experience of working with systems to progress this transformation work, looking at how we get from single waiting list management to developing system-based elective care hubs. We demonstrated how the data has informed our approach.

We were delighted that Sue Moore, Specialist Associate MIAA, National Elective Care Recovery and Transformation Programme, was able to join us and give invaluable input from the national perspective.

Watch this space for information about our next lunchtime webinar, platform:optimise, on Friday 6 November (1pm).
