Our approach  

Collaborating closely with you, we offer a versatile approach to resource allocation. We leverage our valuable skills, extensive experience and capacity through a multidisciplinary team of experts who excel in areas such as workforce analytics, project management and digital innovation. Our primary objective is to provide you with solutions that are not only effective but also adaptable and sustainable.

You can access support through the following delivery models:

  • Consultancy – usually a set programme with clear deliverables, budget and timescales, where we provide a blended team or individual as required
  • Retained service – procurement of set days or volume of activity to be used on a ‘draw down’ basis as and when required. For example, recruitment services
  • Embedded provision – an individual or team is fully integrated within your organisation for a set time period. For example, to cover maternity or sickness.
  • Outsourced service – delivery of services on your behalf using our people and infrastructure, such as ESR support or recruitment services.
