Associate Lead Nurse

Marina Lewis is a highly experienced registered nurse in learning disabilities with over 40 years of valuable expertise in both the health and social care sector. Currently serving as the Associate Lead Nurse at NHS Midlands and Lancashire, Personalised Healthcare Commissioning services, Marina plays a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to leadership and operational management for NHS ML-wide Individual Patient Activity/All-Age Continuing Care services.

With a strong focus on strategic goals and effective delivery and governance, Marina oversees various responsibilities, including managing the head of service for the Derbyshire region, leading the safeguarding and quality team, and providing oversight for the audit and quality assurance team and central review team.

She has also been pivotal in setting up and managing our Learning Disability Transforming Care Team on behalf of Shropshire Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board.
