The School for Change Agents by NHS Horizons is a free, online, self-paced course designed for health and care staff at any level to build their knowledge and confidence – unleashing their inner change agent! 

This year, we’re excited to bring you the tenth anniversary edition of the School.  Packed full of new content and cutting-edge change methods that have been curated and led by Founder of the School for Change Agents and Senior Advisor of NHS Horizons Helen Bevan alongside Deputy Director of NHS Horizons, Zoe Lord.  Whether it’s your first time or tenth time taking part – there’s new learning for everyone!

We’re thrilled to announce for the first time in its history, The School will open for good on 11 November 2024! Everyone taking part in the School has five weeks from when they start to complete the modules. If you’d like to extend your access and gain a CPD certificate on completion, you can upgrade for a small fee. The great news is if you work for the NHS or in social care, you can get an upgrade for free, thanks to the partnership we have with FutureLearn. Check your eligibility for a free upgrade here.
