What is The School for Change Agents?
The School for Change Agents is a free, online, self-paced course designed to empower health and care staff at all levels. Whether you are on the front line, working on improvement, or simply looking for inspiration, this course will help you gain the tools to create positive, sustainable change.
Now celebrating its tenth anniversary, The School for Change Agents has been curated and led by Helen Bevan, Senior Advisor at NHS Horizons, alongside Zoe Lord, Deputy Director of NHS Horizons. Packed with cutting-edge change methods and fresh perspectives, the School is designed to help participants challenge traditional approaches and embrace innovative solutions.
