The School for Change Agents is a free, online, self-paced course designed to empower health and care staff at all levels. Whether you are on the front line, working on improvement, or simply looking for inspiration, this course will help you gain the tools to create positive, sustainable change.
Now celebrating its tenth anniversary, The School for Change Agents has been curated and led by Helen Bevan, Senior Advisor at NHS Horizons, alongside Zoe Lord, Deputy Director of NHS Horizons. Packed with cutting-edge change methods and fresh perspectives, the School is designed to help participants challenge traditional approaches and embrace innovative solutions.
With over 10,000 health and care staff already enrolled, the School is making a real impact. Participants join to become more effective at navigating complex organisational systems, challenging the status quo, and leading change from any level.
